Hardscape Laborer:
- We are seeking reliable and hardworking hardscape laborers to join our team. In this role you will assist in the installation of outdoor hardscape features including paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other landscape construction projects.
Daily Tasks Include (but not limited to):
- Preparing and leveling job sites; laying pavers, block and stone, building retaining walls; moving and setting materials; using hand tools and small equipment and keeping the site clean and safe.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physically demanding work outdoors in various weather conditions; reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
Landscape Laborer:
- We are looking for motivated landscape laborers to join our team and assist with a variety of landscaping projects. This role involves working outdoors to create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces.
Daily Tasks Include (but not limited to):
- Installing plant material such as trees, shrubs, and flowers; removing unwanted shrubs, plants, or debris from properties; spreading and installing mulch, topsoil, and decorative stone; assisting with grading, digging, and preparing planting beds; watering, staking, and maintaining newly installed plantings; using hand tools, wheelbarrows, and small equipment safely; cleaning and organizing job sites throughout the day.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work in all weather conditions; capable of lifting 50+ lbs. and working on your feet for long periods; team player with a positive attitude; reliable and punctual, and willing to learn.
Maintenance Laborer:
- We are seeking dependable maintenance laborers to join our team. This role focuses on the upkeep and care of outdoor spaces, ensuring properties look clean, healthy, and well-maintained.
Daily Tasks Include (but not limited to):
- Mowing lawns and trimming edges, pruning trees, shrubs, and plants as needed; applying fertilizer, weed control, and other treatments; raking leaves, removing debris, and general yard clean up; mulching, edging, and maintaining planting beds; watering and caring for plants and turf; operating hand tools, mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping equipment safely; assisting with seasonal tasks (snow removal, leaf cleanup, etc.).
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work in all weather conditions; able to lift 50+ lbs. and work on your feet throughout the day; reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
